Receptionist Cum Admin Assistant

Job Description • Provide front-line customer service for walk-in visitors and phone enquiries. • Assist with school and MOE Kindergarten events, including refreshments and logistics. • Support teaching staff with administrative tasks, parent communication and report generation. • Assist with students who are unwell, late arrivals and early dismissals. • Receive and verify Financial Assistance Scheme and Bursary applications. • Track and maintain stocks of stationery, office equipment and other materials. • Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, printing and goods receiving. • Carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned by the school management. Requirements • Minimum GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ Level qualification. • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Good customer service, interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong team player with initiative and ability to work independently. • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience. • Prior experience working in a school environment is preferred..
