Institutional Sales Executive • Working Location: Henderson Road, Singapore 159556 • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM • Target Customers: Primary schools, secondary schools, tuition centres, and other education-related institutions. • Salary : $3,000 - $4,000 Basic + $700 Transport Allowance + $30 HP Allowance + Monthly Commission + Variable Bonus (Transport and HP allowance are on reimbursement basis) Our client is an established Singapore-based publisher specialising in educational assessment books and learning resources for students, teachers, schools, and tuition centres. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Institutional Sales Executive to develop new business and manage existing customer relationships within the education sector. The role is a balanced 50% Hunter / 50% Farmer position , focusing on acquiring new accounts while maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers. Key Responsibilities • Develop a strong understanding of the company's range of educational assessment books and learning resources , including key features, content, USPs, and target users. • Identify and develop new business opportunities with primary and secondary schools, tuition centres, and other education-related organisations . • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, teachers, educators, and institutional customers . • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable educational resources. • Conduct sales presentations, product briefings, meetings, and attend relevant events to promote products. • Manage existing accounts, strengthen customer relationships, and identify opportunities for repeat and additional sales. • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, customer feedback, and education-sector developments . • Identify new sales opportunities and provide feedback to management on market needs and product development. • Handle customer orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery . • Follow up on post-sales enquiries and resolve customer issues professionally. • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets . • Maintain accurate sales and customer records and provide regular sales updates. • Work independently while collaborating with internal teams to support overall business growth. Job Requirements • Diploma or above . • Minimum 2 years of sales experience , preferably selling educational assessment books or learning resources to schools. • Experience managing institutional or B2B accounts is preferred. • Candidates with sales experience selling other products within the education sector or lifestyle products may also be considered. • Comfortable engaging with school management, teachers, educators, and decision-makers . • Strong business development skills with the ability to hunt for new customers while growing existing accounts .
