Position: Operations Support Coordinator (Manufacturing) (Job ID: 20415) • Labrador Park • Basic + AWS + VB Job Description: • Manage the order creation, processing, amendments and ensure timely and accurate execution. • Oversee end-to-end shipping documentation and ensure accurate, timely and document management. • Coordinate and manage communications with internal teams, customers and other stakeholders. • Validate, reconcile, and process supplier invoices, ensuring timely submission to the Finance Department. • Monitor freight and insurance billing, investigate discrepancies, and prepare accurate monthly management reports. • Manage and optimize RPA, AI, and automation processes to enhance operational efficiency. • Analyze operational issues, identify root causes, implement effective solutions, and drive continuous process improvements Job Requirements: • Diploma / Degree Holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience. • Possess the following skills: a. Teamwork b. Communication skills c. Time management and accuracy d. Problem solving e. Knowledge of Import / Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list etc) f. Microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoints) • Possess the following personality traits: a. Self-motivated b. Determined c.
