Hotel Security Officer : 5 STARS HOTEL

OVERVIEW OF ROLE The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment for our guests, team members, visitors and hotel premises. The role is responsible for conducting regular patrols, monitoring security and fire life safety systems, managing access control, protecting hotel assets, responding to incidents and emergencies, and ensuring compliance with hotel security procedures and relevant regulations. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Patrol and monitor hotel premises to ensure a safe environment • Safeguard the organization’s properties and assets against theft, vandalism, and other unlawful activities • Manage access points and ensure only authorized persons have access to restricted areas. • Ensure external visitors complete the required visitor registration procedures and are directed properly • Provide assistance to guests and respond to emergency situations • Occasionally support front desk operations (e.g., luggage assistance, giving directions) • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum Secondary School or equivalent qualification • Relevant security experience in a hotel, hospitality, commercial or similar environment preferred. • Valid Singapore security licence / relevant PLRD licence as required for the role. • Knowledge of hotel security operations, access control and patrol procedures • Basic knowledge of fire life safety, emergency response and first aid procedures • Physically fit and able to conduct regular patrols / respond to emergencies • Comfortable working shifts, weekends and public holidays • Pre-Opening Experience is a plus Talents@Work Pte Ltd (21C0501) Jacob Lee(R26161022)
