Job Summary Lead marketing initiatives by analyzing campaign data to enhance engagement and ROI. Develop strategic product messaging and oversee branded asset creation while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely, cost-effective marketing execution. Responsibilities • Analyze marketing campaign results using advanced analytics to develop strategies that increase audience engagement, conversion rates, and ROI • Maintain consistent brand identity across all communications and customer touchpoints to strengthen brand recognition • Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure cross-functional alignment and timely delivery of marketing projects within budget • Develop and implement strategic plans for product messaging and promotional activities to enhance brand presence and market positioning • Lead the creation and deployment of branded materials such as brochures, slide decks, and promotional tools, ensuring compliance with regional and global marketing standards • Adapt to additional marketing tasks as assigned to support organizational goals Required competencies and certifications • Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline • Minimum 4 years of practical marketing experience with proven skills in brand messaging, online marketing, and campaign execution • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing marketing efforts across multiple international markets • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, social media scheduling software, and email campaign management • Strong understanding of marketing principles, methodologies, and industry best practices • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed business decisions Other Information Reeve Lim Kok Kiong • Recruit Fast Pte.
