Job Summary Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services by assessing clients, providing interventions, collaborating with care teams, and supporting rehabilitation programs to enhance client wellness and independence. Responsibilities • Conduct detailed assessments of clients during admission and periodic reviews to evaluate their occupational therapy needs • Deliver individual and group occupational therapy interventions tailored to client goals and conditions • Collaborate actively in case discussions with multidisciplinary care teams to optimize client care plans • Assist in developing and reviewing rehabilitation and wellness programs to support client recovery and well-being • Train and supervise therapy assistants to ensure quality support and adherence to therapy protocols • Perform other assigned duties to support occupational therapy services and client outcomes Required competencies and certifications • Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy • Full registration with Allied Health Professions Council • Valid certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support with AED Preferred competencies and qualifications • Minimum 3 years of relevant healthcare experience, preferably including 2 years in step-down care outpatient settings • Demonstrated interest in working with elderly and persons with disabilities • Patience, empathy, gentle disposition, and strong listening skills Other Information Reeve Lim Kok Kiong • Recruit Fast Pte.
