Accounts Assistant (Central/3k/5 days)

Job Summary Manage accounting, secretarial, and tax client portfolios while preparing financial reports, performing data entry, and handling regulatory filings to support business compliance and client satisfaction. Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of accounting, secretarial, and tax clients to ensure timely and accurate service delivery • Respond professionally to client queries and requests to maintain strong client relationships • Perform data entry using systems such as Xero, AutoCount, and MS Office to maintain accurate financial records • Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules to facilitate client financial review and decision-making • Handle online filings with regulatory bodies including ACRA, IRAS, and CPF to ensure compliance with statutory requirements Preferred competencies and qualifications • Diploma, degree, or professional qualification in accounting or a related discipline • At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience preferred • Experience in an accounting firm, corporate service provider, or outsourced accounting environment is advantageous • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously • Careful, responsible, and committed to following work through to completion • Clear communication skills with clients and team members • Candidates without experience are welcome to apply Other Information Reeve Lim Kok Kiong • Recruit Fast Pte.
