Job Summary Coordinate and oversee air freight import operations to ensure timely, compliant, and accurate cargo handling and documentation, while collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction. Responsibilities • Coordinate and oversee air freight operations, managing receipt, handling, and delivery of cargo to ensure smooth workflow • Ensure compliance with all relevant air cargo regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain operational standards • Collaborate with customers, airlines, ground handlers, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely and accurate cargo movement • Prepare, verify, and process air waybills, customs clearance documents, invoices, and other required shipment documentation accurately • Monitor and track shipments, providing regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders • Identify and resolve cargo-related issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies to minimize operational disruptions • Work closely with sales, customer service, and warehousing teams to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction • Maintain accurate records of cargo manifests, shipment details, and billing information for audit and reporting purposes • Ensure timely and accurate billing for air freight services to support financial processes • Stay informed of internal and external trends impacting air freight operations and provide proactive feedback to management • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager to support team objectives Required competencies and certifications • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field • At least 2 years of experience in Airfreight Import operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment coordination • Proficient knowledge of airway bills, customs regulations, and freight forwarding processes • Skilled in preparing and verifying export documents with accuracy • Effective communication skills to liaise professionally with carriers, agents, and customers • Experience in handling customer complaints and delivering appropriate solutions Other Information Reeve Lim Kok Kiong • Recruit Fast Pte.
