Export Shipping Executive (Food Manufacturing) | Up to $3,300 Basic + PB • Working days: 5 days work week | Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm • Working location: Pioneer Job Description • Working closely with Executive Chairman & Joint CEO to serve new/existing customers and provide feasible logistics solutions • Handling the entire spectrum of Export documentations and Operations • Book vessel space with shipping lines and provide booking confirmation to customers • Liaising with SFA officers for application of Export Health Certificate • Arranging documents to bank for negotiation for shipment under L/C payment & D/P payment • Arranging documents to Embassy and government authorities for endorsement • Verifying bills on freight charges • Ensure all necessary financial security in place prior loading/ discharge • Cover Export Shipping Executive who is on leave • Handle daily operations – troubleshooting on warehouse and production matters • Stock allocation • Perform ad-hoc duties/tasks as assigned by the Company Requirements • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
