Warehouse Assistant/Logistics Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse /Logistics Assistant to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. To responsible for handling inventory, packing and dispatching goods and ensuring smooth coordination of logistics activities. Job Responsibilities • Assist in receiving, storing and issuing raw materials and finished goods. • Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS). • Pick, pack and label products in accordance with order requirements. • Ensure proper storage, handling and movement of food products in compliance with hygiene and safety standards. • Perform regular stock checks, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation. • Assist with loading and unloading, inspect and store of goods as required. • Handle goods in freezer and cold-room environments in accordance with safety procedures. • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness and safety within the warehouse. • Perform regular housekeeping to ensure a safe and organized warehouse. • Support logistics coordination and delivery schedules. • Comply with workplace safety, company policies and SOPs. • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. • Working Days & Hours: Monday – Saturday, 8:00am –5:00pm Job Requirements • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations. • Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is required. • Capable of performing physical and manual handling duties. • Comfortable working in a chiller and freezer environment. • Forklift license is an advantage but not mandatory. • Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene and workplace safety practices.
