Senior Logistics Specialist | Sembawang / Chong Pang Airbase | Up to $2,500 + Allowances & Bonus | Mon–Fri

Salary: Up to $2,500 Basic Allowances: $200 location + $25 handphone + $100 monthly skill allowance* Benefits: AWS + Variable Bonus (minimum 2 months) + $500 NDP Bonus Location: Sembawang Air Base or Chong Pang Air Base Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm *Skill allowance is payable within 3–6 months upon passing probation. Job Responsibilities • Perform daily warehouse and cargo handling operations • Coordinate the movement, storage and rotation of warehouse items • Perform stock control, housekeeping and warehouse security activities • Monitor cargo-handling schedules and ensure timely completion • Handle general, dangerous and time/temperature-sensitive cargo according to procedures • Perform cargo consolidation, transshipment and transloading activities • Ensure items are properly stacked, moved and stored according to requirements • Check and address warehouse quality issues • Maintain warehouse operations according to 5S standards • Operate warehouse equipment, technology and electronic tools • Support safety, risk assessment and incident reporting activities • Follow workplace safety, environmental and operational procedures • Participate in continuous improvement and process improvement activities • Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned Requirements • GCE N/O Levels or NITEC • 1–2 years of relevant warehouse experience • Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence • Basic knowledge of SAP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office • Able to handle warehouse operations and physical cargo handling • Comfortable working with different types of cargo, including time- and temperature-sensitive goods • Able to work rotating shifts when required
