Receptionist

Job Description • Manage reception and assist visitors, contractors, vendors and walk-in pupils. • Provide basic first-aid support at the sickbay and escalate cases when necessary. • Assist pupils with minor incidents, uniform loans and simple sewing needs. • Handle early dismissal forms and pass them to parents. • Answer phone calls, handle enquiries and relay messages to the relevant staff. • Issue and collect keys for staff, students and vendors. • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries, including recording and distribution. • Maintain office forms, resource files and front-desk materials. • Operate office equipment such as photocopiers and fax machines. • Perform simple ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the school. Requirements • Minimum 3 GCE ‘O’ Level passes , including English. • More than 2 years of receptionist experience . • School environment experience preferred. • Valid First Aid with CPR certification preferred. • Proficient in MS Office applications , including Word and Excel. • Patient, calm and customer-service oriented. • Good initiative, problem-solving and multitasking skills. • Able to work independently and as part of ateam
