Accounts & Admin Assistant | $2,500 + AWS + Bonus | Tuas | Transport Provided

Salary: Up to $2,500 + AWS + Bonus Location: Tuas View Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:45am–5:30pm | Sat, 8:45am–12:45pm WFH: 1 day/month 🚌 Company Bus: 2-way transport from Jurong Point Job Scope • Handle basic AP & AR and accounting transactions. • Process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and expenses. • Perform data entry and maintain accounting records. • Verify invoices and supporting documents. • Support office administration, procurement and inventory. • Assist with training room setup and general admin duties. Requirements • Diploma / ITE in Accounting, GCE O/A Level or equivalent. • 1–2 years accounting experience preferred. • Basic Accounts Payable (AP) experience required. • AR experience is an advantage. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
