Sales Admin Assistant | Benoi Sector | Up to S$3,200 + Completion Bonus | Mon–Fri

Salary: Up to S$3,200 + Completion Bonus Location: Benoi Sector Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:10pm Contract: 1-year renewable contract Key Responsibilities • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) for Principals and vendors • Raise Indent Approval Forms (IAF) and confirm POs • Prepare Single Source Forms (SSF) and related documents • Coordinate logistics and shipping arrangements • Monitor orders and track shipment status • Process and check invoices from Principals • Compile and submit required documents to Principals • Follow up on test reports and certifications for customers • Prepare dealsheets for P&E POs • Manage projects from order to completion • Prepare tax invoices and compile invoices for the Sales team • Handle budget revisions when required • Respond to emails and follow up on requests promptly • Prepare monthly reports and ensure deadlines are met • Coordinate with Sales and Project teams • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Sales Admin Supervisor Requirements • Relevant administrative or sales support experience • Comfortable working with numbers and handling reports • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
