Senior HR Executive / Asst Manager - Tai Seng (up to $6,000 base + VB)

Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interview coordination, onboarding and manpower planning. • Handle the full payroll process, including fortnightly payroll, overtime, allowances, deductions, CPF and salary submissions. • Maintain accurate employee records and administer leave, attendance and other HR documentation. • Manage work pass applications, renewals and related foreign-worker administration. • Coordinate employee medical checks, training records and other statutory HR requirements. • Support employee relations matters and prepare appropriate disciplinary documentation when required. • Review and improve HR processes, systems, digital employee records and internal workflows. • Maintain HR policies, SOPs, forms and documentation while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment requirements. Requirements • Hands-on experience independently managing a broad range of HR functions, including payroll and employee administration. • Practical knowledge of Singapore employment requirements, CPF and MOM work-pass processes. • Strong organisation and follow-through, with the ability to manage deadlines independently and respond with urgency. • Comfortable supporting an operational workforce and working directly with senior management.
