Accounts & Finance Executive (MYOB) – Up to S$4,500 + VB | Tuas | 5 Days

💰 Salary: Up to S$4,500 Basic + VB 📍 Location: Tuas Ave 11 🕐 Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm 🏭 Industry: Fire & Gas Safety Your Role • Manage daily AP and AR operations , including invoices, payments, billing, reconciliations and collections. • Handle GST and statutory submissions accurately and on time. • Support corporate tax matters and liaise with tax agents when required. • Maintain GL records and assist with month-end and year-end closing. • Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations and supporting documents for audits. • Liaise with internal and external auditors on accounting matters. • Manage accounting transactions using MYOB and support ERP-related activities. • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls and systems . Requirements • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline . • 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience . • Strong hands-on experience in AP, AR, GST, taxation and month-end closing . • MYOB experience is essential. • ERP experience required; Odoo is an advantage . • Good Excel and reporting skills . • Audit experience and auditor liaison experience preferred.
