Salary: Up to $3,200 basic + AWS + Bonus Industry: Manufacturing Location: Yishun Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00AM–6:00PM Job Responsibilities • Process customer orders, quotations and related documents • Follow up on orders and delivery schedules • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and procurement teams • Update customers on stock availability and order status • Handle customer enquiries and provide product information • Maintain sales records and documentation • Prepare sales reports and assist with inventory tracking • Provide administrative support to the sales team Requirements • Experience in sales administration, sales coordination or customer service preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office • Good organisational and communication skills • Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience is an advantage
