Export Shipping Manager | Up to $7,000 + VB | Tuas | Mon–Fri

💰 Salary: Up to $7,000 Basic + $50 Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus 📍 Location: Tuas 🕘 Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:45am–5:30pm 🚐 Transport: One-way company transport for morning commute Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the Export Shipping team , including staff training, performance and KPI monitoring. • Oversee daily export shipping operations and forwarding transactions. • Manage full sets of export shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, certificates and L/C documentation . • Ensure customs declarations and shipping activities comply with Singapore and international regulations. • Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, hauliers and other vendors. • Negotiate freight rates and free-time extensions with shipping lines and forwarders. • Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. • Handle customer enquiries, complaints and shipping-related issues. • Monitor shipping costs, vendor performance and operational reports. • Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and support continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements • Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade or related field. • 7–10 years of shipping/logistics experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. • Strong experience in export documentation, L/C and customs compliance . • ISO 9001 knowledge is an advantage.
