Technical Sales Executive – Flooring Systems

We are looking for a Technical Sales Executive to develop new business and drive sales growth for Flooring Systems in Singapore. Responsibilities • Identify and develop new customers, projects and business opportunities. • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, applicators and distributors. • Promote flooring systems and provide technical solutions and product recommendations to customers. • Conduct product demonstrations, trials and technical presentations when required. • Follow up on projects, quotations and sales opportunities. • Manage and develop existing customer accounts. • Monitor market trends, competitors and customer requirements. • Work closely with internal teams to support customers and achieve sales targets. Requirements • Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Construction, Building Materials, Business or related discipline. • Relevant flooring industry experience is required. • Experience in technical sales, project sales or business development. • Good understanding of the construction industry. • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. • Proactive, sales-driven and comfortable developing new business. • Able to work independently and manage customer accounts effectively. • Candidates who own a car would be preferred.
