Account Executive Company Brief • Basic Salary: Up to S$2,750 basic + S$80 allowance + bonus • Working Location: Outram Road • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:15 PM The company is a Singapore-based building engineering and construction business with Japanese roots, specialising in mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering and integrated building services. Its areas of expertise include air-conditioning, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and sanitary systems, fire protection, and building-related engineering works. The Singapore operation is part of its wider international business and is registered with Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority (BCA). Roles & Responsibilities • Issue cheques and prepare related documentation • Prepare tax invoices • Prepare credit notes and debit notes • Manage petty cash • Prepare receipts, outgoing vouchers and journal vouchers • Prepare GIRO application forms for customers and vendors • Prepare bank remittance application forms • Prepare letters of credit application forms • Handle stationery and paper apportionment • Attend to queries from the Department of Statistics • Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned Requirements • Diploma in Accounting, LCC Level 3, or equivalent • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be an added advantage
