📍 Tuas View 💰 Up to $2,500 basic + AWS + Bonus 🚌 Company bus from Jurong Point 🏠 1 day WFH/month Responsibilities • Handle basic accounting and admin duties • Support AP & AR • Process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and claims • Perform data entry and maintain records • Verify invoices and documents • Assist with office procurement and inventory • Support general administrative matters • Prepare training rooms • Other ad-hoc duties as required Requirements • Diploma/ITE in Accounting, GCE O/A Level or equivalent • Basic AP experience required • 1–2 years' relevant experience preferred • Excel/Microsoft Office proficiency • AR experience is a plus • Entry-level candidates welcome — training provided Working Hours: Mon–Fri 8:45AM–5:30PM; Sat 8:45AM–12:45PM
