Job Responsibilities: • Preparation of quotations, sample supplies, sales materials etc • Responsible for new account opening and credit applications • Handle customer enquiries via emails and phone calls • Manage products for reservation allocation and promotion purpose • Maintain database to drive accuracy and completeness • Liaise with other departments to fulfil customers’ requests and orders • Provide sales and administrative support to the Sales team • Assist with marketing activities such as food events or product launch • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager Requirements: • Diploma in Business /Marketing/Sales • At least 2 years of relevant experience is preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Able to multi-task and work independently • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Self-motivated, hardworking and organized in work
