Your responsibilities include: • AP and AR support • Invoice and payment processing • Data entry and accounting records • Expense claims and receipts • Invoice/document verification • Office supplies and grocery inventory • Procurement and administrative support • Training room preparation • Other duties assigned by Management Requirements • Accounting-related Diploma/ITE, GCE O/A Level or equivalent • Basic AP experience • 1–2 years' relevant experience preferred • Basic Microsoft Office/Excel skills • AR knowledge is a plus • Entry-level applicants are welcome Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
