Sales Coordinator (Internal) - Up to $3,200 + AWS + Bonus | YISHUN

Salary: Up to $3,200 basic + AWS + Bonus (Salary will commensurate with experience and qualifications.) Industry: Manufacturing Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM–6:00PM Work Location: Yishun Key Responsibilities • Process and follow up on customer sales orders and quotations. • Coordinate with procurement, logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. • Update customers on order status, delivery schedules and stock availability. • Maintain accurate sales records and documentation in the system. • Handle customer enquiries and provide basic product or technical support. • Prepare sales reports and assist with inventory tracking. • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and internal coordination. • Ensure sales activities comply with company procedures and customer service standards. Requirements • Relevant experience in internal sales, sales coordination or customer service is preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office. • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage.
