Architectural Coordinator (Structural Drawings) • Salary: Up to $5,000 basic salary + variable bonus. • Working Location: Tagore Lane, S787502 • Working Hours: • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM • Saturday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (depending on roster and work requirements) • 5.5-day work week arrangement. • Must be comfortable with both 5.5-day and 6-day work arrangements. Job Responsibilities • Assist the Project Manager / Project Engineer in planning and executing structural and architectural works. • Lead site coordination activities with various trades and ensure smooth project progress. • Liaise with Resident Technical Officers (RTO) for inspections and approvals. • Prepare and submit shop drawings, material submissions, and Method of Statement (MOS). • Review and verify shop drawings submitted by subcontractors. • Ensure construction works are carried out according to contract requirements, specifications, and approved drawings. • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and relevant parties. • Manage procurement and monitor architectural-related materials. • Conduct inspections, trade demonstrations, material testing, and mock-up evaluations. • Ensure compliance with TOP checklist requirements and Architectural Regulatory Inspections (RI). • Attend subcontractor coordination meetings. • Support contract administration and other site operational and project management activities. • Perform any other duties assigned by management or immediate supervisor. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification. • 3 years of experience in building and construction works. • Able to read and interpret structural drawings. • Experience in architectural coordination, submissions, and construction processes will be advantageous.
