Project Executive / Outdoor Site Development

Position Overview We are looking for a proactive and responsible Project Executive to help grow our outdoor advertising business. In this role, you will manage the full process of finding billboard locations, getting approvals, and overseeing project implementation. Key Responsibilities • Search for and identify suitable locations for outdoor billboards. • Study road systems and surrounding areas to evaluate good advertising locations. • Communicate and work closely with local councils (PBT), government agencies, and ministries for approvals and documentation. • Prepare project proposals, conduct market research, and support business expansion plans. • Build good relationships with government authorities and clients to create new business opportunities. • Coordinate with vendors for engineering drawings and technical work. • Monitor billboard construction and maintenance work. • Manage project documents, filing, follow-ups, and ensure projects are completed on time. Requirements & Qualifications • Minimum STPM, A-Level, or equivalent qualification. • Strong knowledge of local roads and site locations. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines. • Positive mindset with interest in business development and project management.
