Project Co-ordinator

Position Overview We are looking for an organized and responsible Project Co-ordinator to support the planning and execution of projects. In this role, you will coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed smoothly and on time. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate project activities, schedules, and timelines. • Communicate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams. • Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks. • Prepare project documents, reports, and administrative records. • Assist with approvals, permits, and project-related documentation when required. • Support project implementation and ensure deadlines are met. • Maintain organized project files and records. Requirements & Qualifications • Diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
