Assistant Business Manager (Revenue & Client Retention)

Position Overview We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Assistant Business Manager to support revenue growth and strengthen client relationships. In this role, you will help manage client accounts, identify business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities • Support business development activities and revenue growth initiatives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. • Identify opportunities to expand services and increase account value. • Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and business reports. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. • Follow up on client enquiries, renewals, and account-related matters. • Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities. Requirements & Qualifications • Diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field. • Experience in account management, client servicing, sales, or business development is an advantage. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Able to multitask, stay organized, and work towards targets.
