Position Overview We are looking for a creative and strategic Digital Content Associate to manage online content and strengthen our brand presence. In this role, you will create engaging digital content, manage marketing campaigns, and help grow audience engagement across social media platforms. Key Responsibilities • Plan and manage online marketing campaigns across different digital platforms. • Conduct market research to understand customer behavior and current trends. • Create creative content such as posters, videos, GIFs, and captions for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. • Build and maintain strong brand identity through engaging storytelling and social media content. • Communicate with clients to understand their goals and provide marketing recommendations. • Monitor campaign performance and improve strategies based on results and market trends. Requirements & Qualifications • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communications, or a related field. • Skilled in Canva, video shooting, and video editing apps. • Good understanding of branding and digital marketing. • Strong communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills. • Able to manage projects from planning to completion.
