Tele-sales / Marketer

Position Overview We are looking for motivated Tele-sales Marketers to join our team in Petaling Jaya. This role focuses on finding new clients, building good customer relationships, and helping grow the company. Full training and guidance will be provided. Key Responsibilities • Contact potential clients by phone to introduce company’s media and advertising services. • Follow up with existing clients to understand their needs and maintain good relationships. • Make cold calls, explain our products and services, answer client questions professionally. • Manage the full sales process, including follow-ups, closing sales, and achieving targets. Requirements & Qualifications • Minimum SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1–3 or equivalent qualification. • Good communication and speaking skills. • Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage. • Positive attitude, confident on the phone, and target-driven. Compensation & Benefits • Basic salary starting from RM2,000. • Commission incentives from RM500 up to RM10,000 based on performance. • EPF, SOCSO, and medical benefits provided. • 5-day work week with casual dress code. • Office location is convenient and close to LRT stations and bus routes.
