Staff Nurse (Critical Care)

-As a main frontliner who renders nursing care to patient within SJMC. -Responsible in providing nursing leadership and is accountable in coodinating clinical activities for the unit. -Making professional judgement and decision on nursing care and able to lead them proactively. -Capable to extend complex caree fro critically ill patients. -Able to identify safety hazard and intiate corrective actions promptly. -Able to coach and mentor new nursing and medical staff. -Able to lead and carry cardiac emergency resuscitation procedure in the absence of IPMO. -Assist in data collection and medical audits and monitor compliances in nursing and for quality improvements activities of unit and organization. -Works along with other critical care departments in managing bed allocation for admission and transferring of CCU patients.
