Key Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for providing nursing leadership and is accountable for the coordination of clinical activities for an assigned unit. 2. Ability to interact within a multidisciplinary team. 3. Knowledge of quality, risk systems and processes to ensure focus on continuous improvement. 4. Able to mentor & coach junior nurses. 5. Able to solve clinical & customer service issues. Job Requirements: 1. Diploma in Nursing or equivalent. 2. Three (3) years in work related experience with Post certification in area of specialization. 3. Competent in Nursing Care. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
