General Manager - Multi-Outlet F&B (up to $12k base + Bonus)

What You Will Do • Take overall responsibility for the Singapore business and its operational and commercial performance, with full P&L accountability. • Lead a multi-outlet F&B network and drive revenue, cost, margin, productivity and profitability performance. • Lead and develop outlet operations and supporting functions, building a strong and accountable management team. • Oversee central production and delivery operations, ensuring effective coordination between production, logistics and retail outlets. • Maintain high standards of service, food safety, operational execution and customer experience across the business. • Use performance data and frontline observations to identify and implement improvements to processes, systems and operating efficiency. • Evaluate potential new locations and support the continued expansion and growth of the Singapore operation. • Remain close to day-to-day operations through regular outlet visits, including weekend presence when operationally required, while managing key business stakeholders. What We Are Looking For • Minimum tertiary education with approximately 5-8 years of relevant P&L management experience and strong multi-outlet operations leadership exposure. • Proven ability to manage costs, margins, profitability and operational performance while leading teams across multiple functions. • Hands-on, detail-oriented leadership style with strong commercial judgement, people leadership and willingness to stay close to frontline operations. • Bakery experience is preferred; coffee experience would be an advantage.
