• Up to $3200 base + Transport Allowance + Commissions • 18 Days Annual Leave + Medical + Flexible Benefit Yearly Responsibilities • Proactively engage working professionals through face-to-face and virtual channels to introduce relevant training opportunities. • Recommend training solutions tailored to individual career goals and industry demands. • Drive outreach through social media, networking, events, roadshows, and class visits. • Identify and generate leads, following up with potential customers to close sales and achieve personal targets. • Build long-term relationships with clients, employers, and industry stakeholders to expand the outreach network. • Manage customer inquiries to ensure seamless enrolment experiences. Requirements • Diploma or equivalent qualification. • 1-2 years of experience in direct sales, telesales, business development, recruitment, or customer service . • Confident communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills. • Goal-oriented mindset, proactive in identifying and converting sales opportunities.
