Service Crew

Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently • Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback with a positive attitude • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations • Process payments using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions • Restock and replenish service items as needed • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company Requirements: • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset • Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry • Able to work on weekends and public holidays • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Whatsapp 91834574 for more information
