Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and release warranty claims policies for service providers.
• Review and settle service provider claims.
• Provide training and support for service providers on claims processes.
• Inspect and supervise the disposal of service provider claim parts.
Recruitment Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor in any field.
• At least 3 years of warranty admin experience in automotive industry.
• Strong communication skills, preferred proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with HQ colleague.
