Electric Vehicle Trainer

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Electric Vehicle Trainer to drive sales excellence and workforce development across our organisation. Key Responsibilities Product Training & Development • Design, source, develop and deliver product & sales training programmes. • Conduct NESS (National EV Specialist Safety) training programmes and assessments when assigned during evenings or weekends. • Develop training materials, assessments, role plays and coaching guides. Training Operations • Maintain & update training materials, training records, attendance, feedback, assessments and evaluation reports. • Prepare monthly training schedules and development plans. Requirements Education Must have ACTA / ACLP certification. Diploma qualification in one of the following disciplines: • Engineering, • Business Administration, • Hospitality related. Skills & Competencies • Presentation and facilitation skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Other Requirements • Willing to travel within Singapore when required. • Need to conducting training during evenings or weekends.
