Junior Sommelier

Responsibilities: • Deliver professional wine service and recommend suitable wines to enhance the guest dining experience. • Assist guests with wine selections, food pairings, and beverage recommendations. • Support the Head Sommelier in maintaining the wine list, cellar organization, and inventory control. • Ensure proper storage, handling, and presentation of wines in accordance with service standards. • Open, decant, and serve wines using correct service techniques. • Conduct regular stock checks, receive wine deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory records. • Uphold responsible alcohol service standards while maintaining exceptional guest service and teamwork • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time Requirements: • Prior experience is preferred • Passion for wine and a willingness to continuously learn and develop professionally • Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset • Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. • Able to work on weekends and public holidays • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods Whatsapp 91834574 for more information
