Accounts Assistant - Partial Set (up to $3,000 base + AWS + PB | 5 days work)

Responsibilities • Process supplier invoices, staff claims and payment transactions • Assist with customer collections and follow up on outstanding payments • Maintain accurate supplier and customer account records • Prepare payment schedules and assist with bank reconciliations • Handle basic payment and account-related enquiries • Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities • Provide general accounting and finance administrative support to the team Requirements • Diploma or relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field • Up to 1 to 2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience will be advantageous • Basic understanding of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel • Detail-oriented, organised and comfortable working with numbers • Responsible, willing to learn and able to work effectively as part of a team  Browse more job openings: https://tysonjay.sg/jobs/  Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd | EA Licence No.: 24C2479 Ivan Lim | EA Personnel No.: R1109856
