Part time Event Assistant

Job Summary Support event planning and execution by developing proposals, coordinating with service providers, and managing customer interactions to deliver successful event experiences. Responsibilities • Plan and execute events to meet client objectives and timelines • Develop proposals and creative concepts to enhance event engagement • Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure seamless event delivery • Assist event producers by sourcing and evaluating quotations for services and supplies • Schedule appointments, manage registrations, and process payments to support event logistics • Deliver excellent customer service to foster positive client and attendee experiences • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold housekeeping standards during events • Participate in internal training to enhance skills related to event activities
