DISHWASHER

• Operate industrial dishwashing machines efficiently and safely • Wash, rinse, and sanitize all crockery, cutlery, cookware, and service equipment • Sort and return clean items to correct storage locations promptly • Remove rubbish, food waste, and dispose of in line with waste management procedures • Maintain cleanliness of the ware washing area, including floors, drains, and surfaces • Monitor and report dishwasher temperatures and chemical levels to the Dishwashing Supervisor • Assist with general BOHcleaning tasks during off-peak periods • Follow all safety protocolswhen handling cleaning chemicals • Support kitchen and FOHteams by ensuring a constant supply of clean equipment • Assist in moving heavy loads such as pots, trolleys, and rubbish bins safely
