Branch Manager

1. Lead and supervise branch staff, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and staff development. 2. Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency, service quality, and compliance with established policies and procedures. 3. Lead B2B business development and sales activities within the Oil & Gas industry, with a focus on identifying and securing potential clients, projects, contracts, and business opportunities in Terengganu and surrounding areas. 3. Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients, including Oil & Gas operators, EPC contractors, engineering companies, service providers, and other relevant industry stakeholders. 4. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by conducting market research, identifying upcoming projects and procurement opportunities, and proactively engaging prospective clients. 5. Prepare and coordinate business proposals, quotations, presentations, tender submissions, and commercial negotiations in collaboration with relevant HQ departments. 5. Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch performance targets, including sales, customer service, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. 6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key stakeholders, business partners, and community partners. 7. Monitor, analyse, and report on branch performance, including sales, customer service, operational, and financial metrics. 8. Analyse market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify business opportunities and drive continuous improvement. 9. Collaborate with other departments and business units to ensure effective alignment and execution of organisational goals and objectives. 10. Ensure full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, company policies, and relevant industry standards. 11. Manage the branch budget, operating expenses, and resource allocation, while identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and improved efficiency. 12. Maintain a safe, secure, professional, and customer-focused working environment for both employees and customers. 13. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Chairman, Managing Director (MD), or Chief Operating Officer (COO).
