Sales and Project Engineer (Technologies)

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for Planning and implementation from tendering stage into “won” projects to ensure the effective mobilization of projects in accordance with clients/contract requirements. • Coordinate and develop the projects of the company, business strategy, establishing and updating the database for all disciplines of personnel. • Communicate/Meeting with Client/End User on regular basis for Sales/Feedback on the Tender submitted. • Provide support and resources for ongoing contracts/projects/bidding. • Responsible to complete the tender proposal and submit within the timeframe. • Read and understand the tender requirement. • Extract information and prepares the tender summary. • Submit the Tender Summary within 24hrs after receiving the tender. • Identify risk associated with the tender and advises HOD. • Prepare initial contracting strategy. • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project; appointment of the project team, setting up of the project, and tracking the progress of the project. • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project; appointment of the project team, setting up of the project, and tracking the progress of the project. • Responsible to update and maintain project management information, documents, and files. • Prepare Project Expenditures for the contract, weekly timesheet summary, monthly invoice, and monthly report and presenting it to the Project Manager. • Responsible for tracking the progress of disbursements and overseeing the Contract and ensuring the expenses or invoices are within the projected expenditure. • Develop and maintain project budgets with income and expenditures. • Actively managing project contracts, finances, and personnel to ensure projects are delivered within time and budget. • Handle sub-contracting for project needs with local and overseas partnering companies. • Provide support to HOD. • Coordinate progress meetings and maintain Progress Reports. • Contact contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and partners and coordinate services as directed. • Proactively coordinating projects and acting as a central point of contact for the project team including directors, project team, supervisors, and sub-contractors/partners. • Book of courses or training with different Consultancy Courses or Safety Training Centre for Project personnel • Liaise with Project personnel if there are any discrepancies or matters arising with regard to the contract • Monitor the project to be completed within the schedule given. • Create and write progress reports to submit to HOD/Project Managers or third-party supervisors (governmental bodies) for each milestone. • Schedule and convene weekly meetings with the project team and organize meetings with any part of the Project Team when needed. • Assist the bidding and tendering team. • Any other duties as assigned by the HOD/MD/COO from time to time. AUTHORITY • Review for tendering and project related HRA & finance documents (claim, travel form etc.). ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT • Diploma/Degree in any related field. EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENT • 1 year working experience.
