Assistant Executive, Tender and Contract Management

Assistant Executive, Tender and Contract Management assist the staff of the procurement team throughout the procurement processes, making sure all procurement documents are compliant with procedural, technical and legal requirements, and that meetings and other contacts are well organised. 1. Tender/Proposal Coordination: Monitor, screen, track and maintain accurate record of proposal/tender documents from invitation, submission until PO receipt for Digital Solutions department. 2. Registration/Renewal: Manage PETRONAS SWEC, vendor registration, client portal and others. Ensure that the registration codes are always up-to-date. 3. Administrative duties: Manage general departmental administrative activities including update tender list, check client procurement portal, compile report, ISO audit documentation and maintain accurate record. 4. ISO Compliance: Ensure department comply to company QMS and ISO standard in daily operation 5. Training: Coordinate training program for department. 6. Support: Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed. 7. Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor or manager from time to time.
