Finance Executive - Accounts Receivable

Finance Executive - Accounts Receivable create invoices and credit memos, issuing them to customers by all necessary means, and updating customer files. They issue invoices to customers and monthly customer statements, update customer files, process credit memos, enter and submit invoices, etc. 1. Accounts Receivable: Monitor and oversee documents received from other departments to ensure compliance with Finance Department requirements. 2. Process and verify all received documents within the agreed turnaround time. 3. Verify and oversee salaries and claims for contract staff seconded to clients across various departments. 4. Verify invoices relating to salaries, claims, and all staff-related costs (e.g., personal protective equipment, training, insurance, and other employment-related expenses) to ensure accurate reimbursement. 5. Monitor payable costs to ensure they remain within acceptable levels relative to revenue collected. 6. Monitor incoming payments and accounts receivable aging to ensure timely collection. 7. Work closely with representatives from other departments to manage and maintain contract staff records. 8. Oversee finance administrative activities, including filing, printing, document submission, and record management. 9. Supervise communications and activities between subordinates and client representatives regarding invoice submissions, collections, and related matters. 10. Prepare and submit monthly reports for the Finance Manager and other relevant stakeholders. 11. Supervise, monitor, and support subordinates to ensure all assigned tasks are properly followed up and completed.
