Finance Executive - Accounts Payable

Accounts Payable record and report ticketing accounting situations to the accountant they work with, verify deposits and prepare daily reports and income. They arrange authorised refund vouchers, maintain the returned check accounts and communicate with ticketing managers concerning any ticketing systems issues. 1. Manage and oversee accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and vendor payments. 2. Verify invoices, payment requests and supporting documents to ensure accuracy, completeness and proper approval. 3. Process employee expense claims and ensure all supporting documents are properly verified and recorded. 4. Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to vendors, suppliers, subcontractors and employees. 5. Record and maintain accounts payable transactions accurately and timely in the financial system. 6. Monitor accounts payable transactions to prevent duplicate entries, errors and discrepancies. 7. Ensure proper documentation, filing and record-keeping of accounts payable and payment-related documents. 8. Reconcile accounts payable records and follow up on outstanding invoices, balances and discrepancies. 9. Support statutory payments, month-end closing, audits and other finance-related activities where required. 10. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
